AI Services:

To power the AI assistant, protocol guidance, and calculator features, we share certain data with OpenAI, a third-party artificial intelligence service provider, through OpenRouter (an AI routing service).

Data shared with OpenAI includes: your health profile (age, weight, height, biological sex), medical conditions, medications, fitness goals, supplement and peptide stack details, and messages you send to the AI assistant.

This data is used solely to generate personalized AI responses and is transmitted securely using encryption. OpenAI processes this data in accordance with their privacy policy. We obtain your explicit consent before sharing any data with these AI services.

Analytics and Infrastructure:
