Terms of Service

Welcome to Dosify (the "App"), operated by the developers of Dosify ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the App, including any content, features, or services offered through the App (collectively, the "Services"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the App on behalf of an entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

Dosify provides informational suggestions and advice on workout supplements, peptides, diet plans, workouts, and related topics based on user inputs such as goals, sex, weight, age, and other parameters. This may include personalized recommendations, meal plans, exercise routines, supplement suggestions, and peptide reconstitution references and protocol tracking. All content is for informational and educational purposes only and is generated based on general knowledge and algorithms.

The App is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any supplement regimen, diet, workout program, or peptide use, especially if you have pre-existing conditions, are pregnant, nursing, or taking medications. Peptides, supplements, and certain dietary practices may have risks, side effects, interactions, or legal restrictions in your jurisdiction — we make no guarantees about safety, efficacy, legality, or suitability. All use is at your own risk.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Share, sell, or distribute App content without permission.
• Upload harmful content, including viruses or spam.
• Interfere with the App's operation or other users' experience.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliations.
• Use the App to promote or facilitate the sale of unauthorized or controlled substances.

We reserve the right to monitor usage and remove content that violates these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including text, graphics, algorithms, recommendations, and reconstitution guides, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part without our written consent.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

The App may offer premium features, advanced calculations, or ad-free experience via in-app purchases or subscriptions. Payments are processed securely through the Apple App Store via In-App Purchase. All transactions are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. We do not store your payment information directly—processing is handled by Apple. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage subscriptions and request refunds through your Apple account settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions). No partial-period refunds are provided by us except as required by law.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., supplement vendors or research sources). We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, products, or availability. Use of such third-party services is at your own risk.

AI Services: The App uses OpenAI (accessed through OpenRouter) to power AI-based features, including the assistant, protocol guidance, and calculator. When you use these features, certain personal data — including your health profile, supplement stack, and chat messages — is sent to OpenAI for processing. You will be asked for explicit consent before any data is shared with these AI services. You may withdraw consent at any time through your profile settings, which will disable AI features while all other App features remain available.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App ends, and you must delete it from your device.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates, officers, directors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App, including but not limited to health issues, adverse reactions, data loss, or financial losses—even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (if any).

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, reliability, non-infringement, or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us and our affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the App shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in the United States.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App, email, or a prominent notice. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
